Our business hours are Monday through Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

We are located at 14445 W Center Road, Suite #101, Omaha, NE 68144. Old Shopko building and next to Vasa Fitness.
Do I need to make a reservation, or can we walk in?
We highly recommend making a reservation to ensure your spot is secured. While walk-ins are welcome when space allows, please note that weekends and bad weather days often fill up quickly, and walk-ins may not be available. Membership does not guarantee walk-in access. However, members enjoy the added benefit of booking play sessions up to one month in advance, compared to the two-week booking window available to non-members.
What age groups is the play park suitable for?
Kipp was created especially for kids 10 and under to explore, imagine, and play! Older siblings are always welcome and will find things to do, but the space is designed with younger adventurers in mind, so they may not find it quite as exciting.
Do you offer memberships or passes?

Is there parking available?
Yes, we offer convenient parking options with spaces available in front of our building and on the east side of Kipp.
Are you open on holidays?
We are closed Easter, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas every year! The day before Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve we will be open 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. All other Holidays we will be open like normal. On Federal Holidays we will be charging On Peak pricing!

What are your admission prices?
We now offer new Off-Peak (Monday–Friday) and On-Peak (Weekends & Federal Holidays) pricing to give families more flexible options. Memberships and session passes will now be per child, with discounts for siblings.

How do I book a playtime session?
You’ll book your playtime session from our website that will take you to our Roller application. If you are a member please log into your account to book your play session and if you are a non member please purchase your 2 hour session pass! Please watch the videos below if you need assistance!

Can I book multiple sessions as a member?
Yes! Members can book as many sessions as you would like. Please ensure that if you do book multiple sessions, you are booking a session that you will be attending as if you book a session and do not show, it will limit others from attending as each booking decreases our city’s specified occupancy limits.
Do I have to book a play session in advance?
No, you do not have to book a session in advance, but booking a session in advance ensures you will have reserved spots when you arrive. If you do not book a session in advance and we are at capacity for a session, you would need to wait until the next available session. We want to ensure your experience is as convenient as possible and booking a session in advance ensures your spots are reserved.
Do adults have to pay for admission?
Yes, adult admission is included in our pass system, as our pricing is structured on a per-family basis. Otherwise, single guest passes are $12.50 each.
Are there discounts for siblings?
We do not offer sibling-specific discounts, as our pricing is structured on a per-family basis rather than per child.
Can I leave and come back on the same day?
You are welcome to leave at any time during your booked time slot. However, to return outside of your booked time slot, a new booking will be required to ensure we maintain a safe guest count in accordance with occupancy guidelines. For members, bookings are limited to 1 booking per day. Thank you for your understanding!
What is your policy on refunds or cancellations?
At Kipp, we’re committed to creating fun and memorable experiences for every guest. If your first visit fell short, we sincerely apologize—and we’d like to make it up to you with our Fun Guarantee!
If your first visit didn’t meet your expectations, you may request a refund by emailing us at hello@kippomaha.com within 24 to 48 hours of your first visit. No questions asked (well maybe one or two but that’s just for our records).
Our Fun Guarantee is meant for situations where something during your visit didn’t meet expectations—it does not apply to schedule changes, no-shows, or cancellations.

Safety and Rules
Do I need to sign a waiver even if I’m not participating?

The safety of our guests is our top priority. Our play equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to meet safety standards. We enforce age-appropriate and weight restricted play areas and have trained team members monitoring the space to ensure safe interactions. Additionally, we follow strict cleaning and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment. If you have any concerns or questions, our staff is always available to assist.
What is the Raptor system?
The Raptor Visitor Management System is a security tool that scans the IDs of guests 18+ at check-in. It cross-checks the national database for registered sex offenders. If flagged, entry to Kipp will be denied. Safety is our #1 priority.
Do children need to wear socks?
Yes, all guests using our play structures are required to wear Kipp specific socks, which can be purchased on-site or online prior to arrival. For safety and hygiene reasons, other socks are not permitted.
Can I reuse my Kipp socks?
Yes! Bring back your Kipp socks to reuse on your next visit as long as they are in good condition and clean.
Is there a height or weight limit for certain attractions?
There are no height restrictions for our attractions. However, our trampolines and soft play jungle gym have a maximum weight limit of 220 pounds per individual.
Are adults allowed to play on the equipment?

Can I bring food or drinks into the play area?
To maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests, food and drinks must remain in the Parent Lounge and are not permitted in the play areas.
What happens if my child gets injured?
The safety and well-being of your child is our top priority. In the event of an injury, our team members are trained to provide immediate assistance and basic first aid. We will also notify you right away to ensure you are informed if
you happen to not be overseeing your child. If necessary, we will recommend seeking further medical attention. Please know we are committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
Do you allow outside toys or strollers in the play area?
For safety and cleanliness, outside toys are not permitted in the play areas. Strollers are allowed but must either be used on our road walkway system throughout the facility or parked in designated areas to ensure the play space remains safe and accessible for all guests.

Can I bring my own decorations or cake?

How far in advance do I need to book a party?
We recommend booking your party at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, availability varies, so we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible to check for openings.

Yes, we maintain a Lost and Found at the front of our building. For assistance, please reach out to a team member at the front desk.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are a cash-free facility. We currently accept debit and credit cards as forms of payment. Tap, swipe, and chipped cards.
Can I bring my own snacks?
Yes! We know everyone has different eating schedules and diets so we allow you to bring snacks from home for your little ones, however we do not allow food from fast food or restaurants. We also have a snack and coffee bar with various items available for purchase.
Can I leave a child unattended at Kipp?
Children are required to always be under the supervision of an adult at Kipp. Don’t worry, our team is here to help and we are here to assist you and your family in any way!
What is your policy on behavior and conduct?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to demonstrate respectful and considerate behavior toward others. Rough play, inappropriate language, or actions that may compromise the safety or enjoyment of others are not permitted. Are there sensory-friendly play times available?
Although at the current moment we do not have any sessions where we reduce noise levels, adjust lighting, and limit the number of guests, we do have areas within our space that are sensory friendly like our creative studio and our mother’s room. We are currently looking at specific sessions where we can adjust lighting, reduce noise, and limit the number of guests to offer sensory-
friendly play times designed for children who benefit from a quieter and less stimulating environment.
