without the scare—giant skeletons, glowing trees, stacked
pumpkins, black lights, and each Kid City shop transformed into
a themed scene. Spooky-cool, never too scary.

Timed entry keeps lines short and ensures a smooth experience please arrive during your chosen window. Member pricing is available for active Kipp Members only. Tickets are sold per child, and each family ticket includes two adults free of charge. Children under 12 months are admitted free. This is a limited-capacity event; all sales are final and non-refundable. Date changes may be made subject to availability and must be requested at least one hour before your booked time slot.

FAQ

  • Do adults need their own tickets?

    Each paid child ticket includes up to 2 adults for free. Need more adults? Add $12.50 adult tickets at checkout.

  • Is this too scary for little kids?

    Nope! We’re all about visual wow, not frights. No jump scares or intense audio.

  • Should my child bring their own trick-or-treat bag?

    Yes, we encourage kids to bring their own bag or bucket for candy. If you forget, don’t worry—we’ll have a limited number of extras available at check-in.

  • Do I need to wear my Kipp grip socks?

    Nope! Since this is a special walkthrough event (not a regular play session), grip socks aren’t required. Regular shoes are perfectly fine.

  • Are there any costume restrictions?

    Kipp is a family-friendly environment, and we want every guest to feel welcome and safe. Costumes are encouraged, but for guests ages 10 and up, no full-face masks or anything that covers your eyes. For everyone’s safety, weapon-like props are not allowed.

  • What’s included with my ticket?

    Your ticket includes access to the full walkthrough experience, themed Kid City shops, photo ops, trick-or-treat stops (with allergy-friendly options), and the scavenger hunt. Face painting will be available for an additional charge.

  • Can I change my date/time?

    Date changes can be made, subject to availability. Must reschedule 1 hour before your booked time slot. All sales are final, no refunds.

  • Will my child have access to the play equipment?

    This event is a themed walkthrough experience, not a regular Kipp open play session. Since many children will be in costumes, we’re keeping the focus on the walkthrough to make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable. Don’t worry, there’s still plenty to explore!Shape
